''It depends on the family i am working with''

''All the schools it depends on the kids i need to see.''
3. What was the most influential moment?
''I went to fresno state organization for hispanic students.''
4. How has your career affected your life?
''20th year in school settings. I started working my freshman year while studying education in college.''
5. Do you take work home?
''yes it depends on the family cases.''
6. How did you get started in this field?
''I started working in schools. I was working and going to college at the same time. I was a county CPS worker before I got hired here at Lindsay.''
7. What is the most rewarding part of your job?
''When the families count on you and come back to see you. It also feels good that i am referred to other families.''
8. What is the most challenging part of your job?
''Is giving family counseling or when the families don't come for appointment.''
9. How do you see jobs in the field changing in the future?
''It's going to be harder to service families because of budgets. If we can help out families it's going to be more work for CPS"

'' You need a bachelor's degree and be able to work with people.''
